Production
Once the process of collecting the olive fruit is ensured, it is time to adjust its arrival time at the olive mill and the immediate start of the oil production process in order to eliminate even the slightest possibility of deterioration of its quality, either due to heat, waiting time or pressure. caused when the fruits are stacked. Our partners in the mill have state-of-the-art mechanical equipment and the production is carried out exclusively by the method of cold pressing (at very low temperatures, that is) after it has been scientifically proven that this achieves the maximum efficiency in quality (acidity - taste - color - aroma) of olive oil.
Bottling
GOLDEN OLYMPIA is equipped with state-of-the-art bottling machines that ensure the proper storage and maturation of olive oil in 100% suitable tanks. This is achieved by recording:
(a) the immediate cessation of oxidation of olive oil by removing oxygen from the storage tanks and consequently from the end bottle
b) the importance that our company gives to quality, regardless of cost or effort.
A set of operating decisions stigmatizes our policy and the result (of which we are proud) turns our olive oil into a distinct note and experience in the world of tasting.
Transport
The issue of transport is an issue (since there are sources of alteration of the product) for several olive oil export companies.

The main "thorn" during the transport of the goods is the high temperatures that develop inside the containers.
